S.K.Y & Associates Law Office was founded by Samuel Teshale (PhD), Kiya Tsegaye (LL.M) & Yitagessu Nigussie (LL.M) in 2015  It is reconstituted as SKY Advocacy Services LLP since January 2025.

We are seasoned attorneys with substantial experience in providing cost-effective legal services to individual, governmental, non-governmental, and corporate clients.

We provide advisory and litigation services to companies on various business law matters including merger and acquisitions, company registration, labor law, tax law and other business law matters. The firm has also experience in advising non-governmental organizations. In particular, our managing partner, Dr. Samuel Teshale, has extensive experience in advising non-governmental organizations and conducting extensive research.

The Firm conducted research entitled “Governance in Public Sector: Implications on Private Sector Development in Ethiopia”  on the legal, policy and strategice challenges facing the private sector . This broad research and position paper was sponsored by the Ethiopian Chamber of Commerce.

The Firm is capable of serving various legal needs of its clients. Our partners and associates are licensed by the Ministry of Justice to practice law in Ethiopia. They are also licensed to process intellectual property registration at the Ethiopian Intellectual Property Authority.
